This role is responsible for ensuring our marketing and revenue infrastructure runs effectively, scales with growth, and supports clear, reliable pipeline and reporting.About The RoleThis is a hands-on role. You will spend a significant portion of your time building and operating directly in HubSpot, while also improving how systems and processes work across marketing and sales. Success in this role means taking ownership, identifying what’s broken or inefficient, and fixing it.Key ResponsibilitiesHubSpot Administration and ExecutionOwn day-to-day administration of HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Service hubsBuild and maintain workflows, automations, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and data structuresCreate and manage dashboards and reporting for marketing performance, pipeline, and conversion metricsIdentify issues or gaps in the system and implement improvementsMarketing and Revenue OperationsSupport and improve lead lifecycle management from first touch through sales handoffMaintain clear definitions for lifecycle stages, handoffs, and funnel metricsEnsure accurate attribution and reporting across campaigns and pipelinePartner with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates and process efficiencyData Integrity and System AlignmentMaintain CRM and marketing database health, including data hygiene, deduplication, and field structureSupport integrations between HubSpot and other systems such as NetSuite, analytics tools, and sales platformsWork cross-functionally to ensure data consistency and alignment across teamsTechnology and Process OptimizationHelp manage and optimize the marketing technology stack for performance and scalabilityEvaluate tools and identify opportunities to reduce inefficiencies or redundancyDocument processes, build workflows, and create operational clarity across teamsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations teamsProvide clear recommendations based on data and system insightsSupport adoption of tools and processes through documentation and enablementRequired Qualifications5–8 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or similar rolesStrong hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, automation, reporting, lifecycle management)Experience supporting CRM integrations and working across systems (NetSuite experience is a plus)Strong analytical mindset with experience building reports and interpreting funnel and pipeline metricsComfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations teamsDetail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process consistencyBuilder mindset with a willingness to execute and improve systems directlyWhy This Role MattersThis role ensures Knightscope’s marketing and revenue systems actually work as the company grows.
