This is a full-time remote role where you’ll manage and improve our marketing systems and processes so campaigns stay on track and perform well.You’ll work with marketing automation tools, track campaign performance, and turn data into clear insights the team can actually use. You’ll also collaborate across teams to make sure everything is aligned and running efficiently. A big part of the role is keeping an eye on key metrics and helping us continuously improve how we show up and grow.QualificationsExperience with marketing operations and automation toolsStrong analytics skills and comfortable working with dataSolid problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindsetClear communicator, especially when working across teamsExperience improving or streamlining marketing processesBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or similar is a plus, but not requiredFamiliarity with CRM platforms is a bonusSelf-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotelyWe look forward to talking to you and discussing how you can be a wonderful addition to VVG!
