Senior Paid Social, Community & Growth Lead – eCommerce (Amazon-First DTC Brand)

We are seeking a highly experienced growth leader to scale a fast-growing direct-to-consumer eCommerce brand, launching on Amazon with an initial focus on teeth whitening and expanding into additional products and marketplaces.This is a senior, performance-driven role for someone who thrives in direct-response consumer marketing, understands how to scale paid media, and can build engaged communities that drive revenue.What Makes This Role UniqueYou'll help launch and scale a DTC brand from the ground up You'll own paid media performance and community growth end-to-end You'll work with a meaningful marketing budget and be accountable for results You'll expand into new channels like Pinterest and YouTube as the brand grows What You'll OwnDTC / Consumer GrowthFull ownership of paid acquisition across Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Management and scaling of a significant monthly ad budget with clear ROAS and CAC targets Creative strategy: ideation, scripting, and direction of high-performing short-form content Execution of TikTok Shop and TikTok Affiliate Program strategies Driving Amazon demand through paid social and external traffic strategies Channel Expansion & Influencer SupportAssist in managing and scaling influencer partnerships beyond TikTok (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) Support development and execution of Pinterest Ads strategy Contribute to testing and scaling YouTube as a paid and organic acquisition channel Community & Owned Audience GrowthBuild, launch, and scale high-engagement Facebook Groups Develop community strategies that drive retention, loyalty, and repeat purchases Turn customers into active brand advocates and content creators What You Bring (Must-Have Experience)3+ years of paid social experience, with deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager Proven success managing and scaling large ad budgets Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, including Shop + Affiliate ecosystems Demonstrated ability to build and grow Facebook Groups or owned communities Strong content instincts - you know what converts and how to scale it Analytical mindset with a track record of improving CAC, ROAS, and LTV Nice to HaveExperience with Pinterest Ads and/or YouTube growth strategies Experience managing or collaborating with influencers/creators Experience in eCommerce, Amazon, or high-growth DTC brands Familiarity with attribution challenges and blended metrics (MER, incrementality) What This Role Is NOTNot entry-level or coordinator-level Not a purely organic or "posting content" role Not siloed - this role owns growth outcomes across channels Who You AreYou are a performance-driven marketer who understands how to acquire customers profitably and scale what works.You're comfortable owning a budget, making decisions, and being accountable for growth.You think like an operator - not just a marketer - and are excited to help build something from the ground up.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
