Job DescriptionPaid Social Media AssociateDraper UT or San Jose, CA 95002HybridSkills: LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Reddit Ads, Twitter Ads, Salesforce, Tableau, Google Analytics, Excel, Google Sheets, A/B testing, campaign budget management, audience building, paid social campaign setup and optimization, data analysis, performance reportingExperience level: Mid-seniorExperience required: 5 YearsEducation level: All education levelJob function: MarketingIndustry: Financial ServicesPay rate : $43 per hourTotal position: 1Relocation assistance: NoVisa sponsorship eligibility: NoPosition Summary:We're looking for a data-driven, highly motivated Paid Social Advertising Contractor to help manage; execution for paid social platforms, and any other new advertising channel needs.What you'll be doing:Help manage the day-to-day of BILL's paid social, LinkedIn, Facebook, Reddit, optimizing for lead and pipeline generationIdentifying trends in our own data, utilizing tools like platform data, Salesforce, and Tableau, as well as in the market, to optimize spend and performance-based insightsSpending time in accounts setting up and optimizing campaigns, ad sets, audiences, ads, bids, exclusions, A/B tests, and moreAssisting other paid managers in various paid platforms by executing tasks, campaign maintenance, pulling data, analyzing reports, and enhancing performanceHelp oversee campaign budgets and performance for all paid advertising channelsStaying up to date on product releases, betas, marketing trends, strategies in the industry that can benefit advertising channelsAnalyzing reports, data, performance trends and recommending the necessary changes to work towards improving performanceTo stand out:Experience specifically in B2B marketing - ideally SAASExperience in FinTech or the financial/accounting industryExperience with CRM systems - especially SalesforceExperience with Enterprise reporting and BI tools - especially TableauRequirementsQualifications:Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing paid social; LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social accounts.Practical knowledge and understanding of paid social platforms (Facebook/LinkedIn), how to setup campaigns, create audiences, and strategize.Analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards data-based decision makingExcel/Google Sheets experience in data manipulation and analysisExperience with Google AnalyticsExperience in landing page optimization, ad, and A/B testing to drive conversion improvementsAbility to multitask, balance, and juggle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
