We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our client first staff today.ResponsibilitiesCreate and implement strategies for targeting and gaining access to existing and new marketsMultifaceted selling from print services to marketing campaignsDevelop new client relationships through cold calling and enhance current client relationships through regular communicationUnderstand clients' specific needs and goals through consultation and provide solutions that address those needsCoordinate sales, advertising, pricing, product development, and public relations activitiesDefine and track appropriate metrics for performance management of campaignsApply strategic plans for identifying and addressing gapsMaintain project status updates to all parties involved.Determine value-added programsMaintain long term relationships with client, vendors, and support teamResearch and interpret buying behavior and develop effective offerings across channelsSeek and create new opportunities that deliver creative customer solutionsBe the solutions provider to our clientsQualificationsExcellent communication skillsThe desire and ability to sell a full range of products and solutionsBe persuasive and goal drivenBe able to work independently and as part of a teamProblem solving and solutions orientedPleasant and professional demeanorPatience and perseveranceRelationship and consultative sales experience preferredCreativityTact and good judgmentExceptional ability to establish and maintain effective personal relationshipsFamiliar with CRM tools and standard computer software programs a plusAbility to learn and adopt new software as necessaryUnderstanding of marketing/sales metrics, especially how to calculate return on investment2-3 years customer services experience preferredSome college or equivalent experience preferredBachelors in Business, Marketing or Technology related field preferredIf you are a self-starter with a professional decorum with a strong desire to get into sales, here is your chance.
