Commercial Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY: The Commercial Sales Representative serves as the driving force behind new business acquisition and revenue growth within their territory. By engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting a tailored solution, this role ensures a seamless transition from prospecting to closing deals. Through effective communication and relationship building the Commercial Sales Representative will also help to drive additional revenue growth within our current commercial accounts.ResponsibilitiesIdentify customer needs, provide cost estimates and bids for servicesSell programs and services to current and prospective customersCompiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from direct mailing/advertising campaigns, community activities, and other resourcesFollows established procedures and guidelines to promote and sell Senske products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts utilizing resources and tools providedMaintains call records, account status, and customer feedback in the CRM system.Prepares and maintains proper sales reportsConducts retention and service callsContact customers to measure satisfaction after service is completed or to assist by answering their questions and service concernsWorks to resolve customer complaints regarding sales and serviceQualifications3+ years of B2B sales experienceProven track record of achieving sales targetsStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectivelyProficiency with CRM softwareKnowledge of selling techniques (prospecting, overcoming objections, closing sales, etc.)Ability to build customer relationships and provide great customer serviceWe OfferCompetitive Salary (Base Salary plus Uncapped Commission)Comprehensive Benefits PackageYour job is safe with us.
