This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working on complex hardware systems, especially within medical device or similar environments.What You’ll DoExecute system-level testing, including verification, validation, and risk reduction testing (RRT)Support products through the full lifecycle — from concept to validation and beyondPerform hands-on hardware testing using lab/test equipmentTroubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve technical problemsCollaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teamsAssist in improving test methods and supporting multiple concurrent projectsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in regulated industries (medical device, aerospace, or manufacturing)Background as a Test Technician, Validation Technician, or Test EngineerStrong exposure to V&V / system-level testingAbility to understand and work with complex systems, especially medical devicesHands-on experience with hardware or electromechanical systemsSolid troubleshooting and failure analysis skillsNice to HaveExperience with Instron or similar test equipmentExposure to FDA / ISO-regulated environmentsPrior experience supporting cross-functional engineering teams
