Great opportunity to build your career with like-minded professionals!Responsibilities will include:Meeting with potential clients and tenantsOn-boarding with accounting team new owners and propertiesPreparing budgetsGenerating Annual CAM reconciliationsDetermining Long-term major repair plansCreating and managing Monthly budget variance reportsMonitoring expenses to ensure cost effectiveness and recoveryOverseeing maintenance and determining property maintenance timelinesSelecting and managing vendorsConducting periodic formal site inspections in complianceManaging CapEx and TI projectsMentoring and developing staffInterfacing with new tenantsManaging lease administrationPreparing ownership reportingManaging a variety of ownership projectsPreparing business development planContacting building ownership and partnership groupsIdentifying markets to contact potential clientsEvaluating and analyzing costs to provide accurate estimates to prospective clientsPreparing client presentationsPreparing strategies and marketing plans on monthly and quarterly basisGaining understanding of client needs and desires to market servicesBuilding relationships with clientsCold-calling and visiting clients to follow up on potential businessSuggesting new initiatives to service clientsContinually reviewing the market for potential new leads and remaining knowledgeable about potential changesQualifications:5+ years' Property Manager with retail portfoliosStrong people and development/mentorship skillsBA or BS highly desiredAZ Real Estate License preferredYardi or MRI experienceStrong financial knowledge/experienceMS Office - intermediate to advanced
