Construction Project Manager

Role: Project Manager II / Senior Project ManagerLocation: Austin, TexasProjects: Commercial, Hospitality, Historic Renovations & Tennant ImprovementA growing General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager II / Senior Project Manager to join their Austin team due to continued growth and a strong forward pipeline of work.This individual will play a key role in leading commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion, while managing project teams, client relationships and overall project execution.Responsibilities:• Lead projects through all phases of construction• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors and project risk• Coordinate with field operations, ownership teams and design consultants• Oversee and mentor APMs and project engineers• Maintain strong client relationships and communication throughout project delivery• Drive project execution, reporting and overall performancePortfolio:• Commercial ground up• Light industrial• Hospitality• Renovation / repositioning projects• Interior build outs and tenant improvementsRequirements:• 5+ years of experience with a commercial General Contractor• Experience managing projects independently from start to finish• Strong understanding of construction operations and project controls• Ability to manage clients, subcontractors and internal teams effectively• Strong leadership and communication skills• Degree in Construction Management or related field preferredCompensation:• $115,000 to $135,000+ base salary depending on experience• Bonus structure• Long term growth opportunity within an expanding businessFor more information or a confidential conversation, please apply directly or contact: harry.smart@wearegbe.comApplicants must be authorised to work in the US without need for visa sponsorship.
