Senior Construction Project Manager (Commercial/Big Box Retail/Ground Up)

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our commercial general contracting team! You will support the significant growth and expansion of our Austin and out-of-town operations by overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and full project implementation. Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementationAllocate resources for assigned projectsSupervise onsite personnel and subcontractorsInterface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clientsNegotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costsMaintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications Qualifications:7+ previous years experience in tenet improvement (TI), big box retail and/or ground-up construction managementProject Management: 7+ years (Preferred)Commercial Construction: 7+ years (Preferred)Demonstrate a level of advanced knowledge in a major trade (such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and/or drywall)Strong negotiation, organization and communication skillsStrong work ethic and desire to work in a team environmentSolution oriented, problem solver with a team-oriented attitudeAble to manage multiple, competing priorities in a deadline driven environmentMust live in the Austin, TX area; project travel is periodically required Compensation & Benefits:Full-timeSalary position commensurate with experienceHealth, Dental, & Vision insurance401K with matchingPTO and paid holidays
