What You Will DoMust be flexible and be able to adjust to the changing needs of the restaurant and its guestsStrong grill skillsPrepare food for serviceSet up and stock station with necessary suppliesEnsure food comes out on time and with attention to detailRotate items in storage dailyFollow recipes for bulk prepAnswer, report, and follow the Chefs' instructionsComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standardsMaintain a level of professionalism and communityBe considerate and willing to help out fellow teammatesMust be able to work efficiently under pressure and maintain composure during busy hoursOther tasks as assigned What You Need to Bring to the Table Must hold a Food Handlers certificate from an ANSI-accredited program1-3 years of experience as a line cook, preferably in a high-intensity, high-volume kitchenExcellent knife skillsStrong passion and dedication to food, beverage, and hospitalityMust be able to multitask and maintain a clean and orderly work areaA professional, friendly personality with excellent interpersonal communication skillsFlexible hours are required (days, nights, weekends, and holidays)Must possess a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
