Jr. Product Manager

We treat you like you are part of the family.Job Title: Jr. Product ManagerWork Location: Dallas, TXDuration: 12 month contract with option to extendEducation/Experience Required: HS Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years experience in a corporate environment.Job Description & Responsibilities :This role supports the delivery of mortgage software by turning regulatory requirements, customer needs, and product direction into clear, usable features.You'll work directly with product managers to improve workflows, reduce friction, and ensure what gets built actually works for our users. You become a reliable extension of the product manager. This is a hands-on execution role, not product strategy ownership. Translate business, compliance, and customer needs into clear user stories Support backlog management and keep work moving forward Help define workflows that reduce manual steps and errors Create and refine wireframes, user flows, and screen concepts Simplify complex mortgage processes into intuitive experiences Identify gaps before they become production issues Assist in translating regulations (TRID, HMDA, QM, etc.) into product behavior Ensure features align with real-world lender workflows and disclosures Support accuracy in how data flows across the system Work closely with product managers and internal stakeholders Help document requirements, decisions, and workflows Support training, feedback loops, and continuous improvement Skills & Qualifications : 13 years in product, business analysis, UX, or mortgage operations role Strong attention to detail (this is not optional in this environment) Ability to break down complex problems into clear steps Familiarity with data mapping tools (JSON/XML) Basic understanding of mortgage process preferred.
