Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented automotive professional to join our service team. In this role, you will help keep vehicles running safely and efficiently by performing routine maintenance services, inspections, and basic repair tasks in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. ResponsibilitiesPerform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance services.
Inspect vehicles for visible wear, leaks, and maintenance needs.
Check and replace filters, wiper blades, belts, bulbs, and other common service items as needed.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to service advisors or supervisors.
Follow manufacturer recommendations and company procedures for all services performed.
Use tools, equipment, and safety practices properly to ensure a clean and organized work area.
Provide courteous support to team members and contribute to an efficient service workflow.
QualificationsPrevious experience in automotive maintenance, quick lube, or related mechanical work is preferred.
Basic understanding of vehicle systems and routine service procedures.
Ability to use hand tools and service equipment safely and effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with preventative maintenance inspections.
Experience working in a dealership, independent shop, or quick service center.
Customer service experience in an automotive setting.
Ability to learn new procedures and adapt to changing priorities.
