Your role is essential in supporting individualized care plans, administering treatments, and ensuring a safe and healing environment for every patient. You'll collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide responsive, high-quality care. If you're committed to excellence and looking to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to join our team.Position Highlights at a Glance:Caseload: ~7 patientsAverage Patient Length of Stay: 10-14 daysConditions: Stroke, brain & spinal cord injuries, cardiac, ortho, complex medical, and moreTeam Approach: Work closely with PT/OT/ST, physicians, case managers, respiratory therapy & moreAdvanced Care: IVs, trachs, wound care, mobility support, lines, tubes, and drains12-hour shifts, 3 days/week + rotating weekends/holidays (with added pay)• What You'll Need:LPN License (State of Texas)CPR required | ACLS & BLS preferred1+ year of LPN experience preferred (Acute care a plus)Ready to make a difference-and love where you work?Click to apply and learn what it means to be part of the ClearSky Health team!
