The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of child development, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based interventions for emotional and behavioral needs. Were looking for someone who thrives in a supportive, fun, and clinician-first environment, enjoys collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams, and is passionate about providing high-quality, child-centered care.Required Degrees & LicensureMasters degree in a behavioral science or related field (from an accredited institution)Pre-licensed: LPC-Associate, LMSW, LMFT-AssociateMust have at least 2 years of experience and be actively pursuing licensureFully licensed: LPC, LCSW, LMFT (with or without an existing caseload)Required Experience & Skills12 years of experience providing individual therapy to children ages 312Strong knowledge of play therapy techniques, approaches, and methodologiesAbility to assess and treat childrens mental health needs using developmentally appropriate interventionsPreferred Certifications / TrainingCertified Play Therapist (CPT)Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT)Filial Therapy or Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)Training in Music, Art, or Expressive Arts TherapyKey ResponsibilitiesComplete diagnostic assessments using the DSM-5Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plansMaintain a caseload of 25+ sessions/week (for full-time clinicians)Provide child-centered, creative, and developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventionsWork flexible hoursincluding mornings, evenings, and weekendsto meet community needsCollaborate with families, school staff, medical providers, and Ellie team membersParticipate in marketing and referral development activitiesComplete documentation accurately and in a timely mannerAttend and participate in clinical meetings and trainingsUse EHR systems and office technology proficientlyBilingual abilities are a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay + commission on self-pay and insurance reimbursementPaid administrative time for documentation and consultationFlexible schedulingFree CEUs & ongoing trainingA fun, supportive, clinician-centered culture that values work-life balanceAdditional InformationPrimary clinic location: Grapevine, TXReports to: Clinical DirectorLearn more at: elliementalhealth.comEqual Employment OpportunityEllie Mental Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
