Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Software Engineer (Low Code) is expected to perform all job duties with a commitment to providing superior service to clients, producing quality work products, and maintaining an atmosphere of teamwork and continuous improvement. This position is a technical resource possessing ServiceNow administration capability and able to design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and services. The Software Engineer has a software development background in addition to ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Advanced System Administration, Scripting in ServiceNow, and Application Creation in ServiceNow. Position is remote (voluntary) but must be within commuting distance (no more than 1 .5 hour driving distance) to one of Jones Day U.S. offices located in Atlanta, Miami, Chicago, Minn., Cleveland, Columbus, Pittsburgh, Houston and/or Dallas. Position requires occasional travel for all hands meetings. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum four (4) years of technical experience in a professional software development environment. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
