Senior Project Manager - Greenfield / Brownfield Commercial HVAC Construction - TexasGryphon Oakwood are currently partnered with a rapidly growing, well-established mechanical specialty contractor who are looking to bring in senior project leadership across Texas to support continued expansion. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced construction professional with a proven background leading both Greenfield and Brownfield / Retrofit HVAC projects across commercial markets.The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing complex mechanical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, while driving safety, schedule, quality, and financial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full lifecycle delivery of commercial HVAC construction projects across Greenfield and Brownfield environmentsManage multiple large-scale mechanical construction projects simultaneouslyOversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, execution, and closeoutCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineering teams, field operations, and executive leadershipDrive project profitability, cost control, and change order managementEnsure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budgetLead project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholdersMentor and develop Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teamsSupport business growth through strong client relationships and repeat business opportunitiesEnsure compliance with all company, state, and OSHA safety standardsQualifications8+ years’ experience within mechanical construction project managementProven experience delivering commercial HVAC construction projects within Greenfield and Brownfield / retrofit environmentsStrong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical piping, ductwork, and commercial construction processesExperience managing projects ranging from mid-sized to large-scale capital projectsStrong commercial and financial acumenAbility to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced construction environmentsExperience with scheduling and project management softwareStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredIf this role is of is of interest and matches your background please reach out to Edward Davey (edward.davey@gryphonoakwood.com)
