Located in Brockton, MA, this role will immerse you in a fast-paced surgical setting, providing critical support for complex cases.Schedule:12-hour shifts, primarily daysFridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PMKey Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgeryCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage trauma and surgical cases efficientlyMaintain a safe and sterile operating room environmentMonitor patient status and ensure adherence to protocolsCommunicate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staffRequired Qualifications:Registered Nurse license with 3+ years of inpatient surgery experienceProven expertise in Level 1 trauma care is essentialCurrent BLS certificationProficient in at least five key operating room nursing servicesStrong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing clinical situationsPositive attitude and flexibility in work assignmentsLocation Insight:Brockton, MA offers a welcoming community with easy access to urban amenities and cultural attractions in the greater Massachusetts area.
