Role Description:Marietta probate and estate planning law firm seeks an experienced Georgia attorney to work with the firm on a fulltime basis. This role focuses on a combination of uncontested and contested estate disputes, as well as guardianship and conservatorship issues. This role requires a proven track record in litigation and a solid understanding of probate law.Depending on the needs of the firm, you may also design estate plans, advise clients on how best to structure their estate plan to accomplish their goals, and ensure their plans are thorough and complete.Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate is self-motivated, efficient, collaborates well with others in a collaborative environment, has a positive attitude, a teammate mentality, is proactive in moving cases to resolution, and strives for excellence. After successful onboarding, hybrid work is possible.
