This is a highly visible, client-facing role requires top-notch presentation and communication skills, strong executive presence, and keen strategic intuition. They will play a leadership role in scoping, implementing, and managing productive client sales and engagements. The Director will also support the General Manager - Digital in creating, designing, and driving new product and methodologies for analyzing existing data sets and building new digital data sets with client participation. They will be hands on in driving key product, data, and insight workstreams which support product development and business growth.Curinos operates in a hybrid/remote model, and this position is fully remote in the United States or hybrid in the Greater New York, Boston or Chicago metropolitanResponsibilitiesFully engage, coordinate, and manage senior client relationships and engagements from a digital team communication and delivery point of view, working in conjunction with sales, client success, and analyst colleaguesBuild impactful client relationships by engaging in the sales and proposal cycle, along with delivering key senior level presentationsTranslate and deliver impactful and actionable insights based on data-driven methodologyBe a senior subject matter expert for Digital products and servicing solutions to support product and business development, acting as a trusted advisor for clientsStructure and build key artifacts for proposals (e.g., pitch work, sales content) and GTM efforts along with product development initiativesGain understanding of clients' strategic and tactical business problems to drive product development and build business cases to reflect market and client needsGain client buy-in and participation for new growth productsEngage with multiple internal and client stakeholders to advance their knowledge of our digital products for cross and upsellCollaborate with multiple internal stakeholders (product, UX, data, etc.) to drive product development and buildEffectively manage and mentor analyst team on a day-to-day basis.Base Salary Range: $130,000-$140,000 (plus Bonus)Desired Skills & Expertise5+ years of experience in Retail Banking, Strategy Consulting, Financial Services, and/or Business Intelligence, User / Market Research (experience in Digital Banking preferred)Bachelor's Degree requiredProven track record of client management and direct client interactionStrong understanding of user experience, banking apps, digital transformation, and SaaS platforms preferredStrong storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skillsHands-on experience in investigating quantitative data to produce analysis and insightsEye for detail and design with hands-on experience to translate stories into effective presentations and documentation tailored to specific audiencesCommercial knowledge and numeracy, with strong working knowledge of financial and investment projections being an added bonusExperience managing and mentoring team membersAgility to move between strategic thinking and detailed implementationHighly organized, applying workflow and organizational tools for communication and documentationBonus points: Experience with Excel, SQL, R or Python and statistical analysis packagesAbility to travel as needed for client meetings; can range depending on engagement but will most likely be ~10%Why work at Curinos?Competitive benefits, including a range of Financial, Health and Lifestyle benefits to choose fromFlexible working options, including home working, flexible hours and part time options, depending on the role requirements - please ask!Unlimited PTO policy, floating holidays, volunteering days and a day off for your birthdayLearning and development tools to assist with your career developmentWork with industry leading Subject Matter Experts and specialist productsRegular social events and networking opportunitiesCollaborative, supportive culture, including an active DE&I programEmployee Assistance Program which provides expert third-party advice on wellbeing, relationships, legal and financial matters, as well as access to counselling servicesApplying:We know that sometimes the 'perfect candidate' doesn't exist, and that people can be put off applying for a job if they don't meet all the requirements.
