In this exciting role, you will provide exceptional skincare treatments while ensuring our clients receive the highest level of customer service in a welcoming environment.Responsibilities:Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, waxing, and skin analysis.Provide personalized skincare consultations to clients based on their unique needs.Maintain a clean and organized treatment area in compliance with health and safety standards.Manage client appointments and follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction.Educate clients on skincare products and services to enhance their experience.Assist in retail sales of skincare products to meet client needs.Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive atmosphere.Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best service possible.Requirements:Valid esthetician license in the state of Pennsylvania.Previous experience in a spa or skincare setting preferred.Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Team-oriented with a positive and professional demeanor.Passion for skincare and helping clients achieve their beauty goals.Basic sales skills and experience in retail preferred.About Us:The Body Bar Fitness & Spa has been a beloved part of the Pittsburgh community for over 22 years, offering a unique blend of fitness and wellness services.
