Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience. • Experience with Cerner is required from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • COVID vaccination required after submission. Required Skills/Experience: ADLs Preferred Skills/Experience: One (1) year recent full time paid clinical experience in an acute care health facility or ambulatory care facility Required Credentials: Graduate from an accredited school of Practical Nursing and current licensed as a Practical Nurse in the State of Illinois or ability to obtain license two weeks prior to starting employment Proof of successful completion of coursework for medication administration (Pharmacology) as a Practical Nurse in accordance with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) regarding Standards of Pharmacology/Administration for Medication Course for Practical Nurses (Must provide documentation at time of interview) Special Requests: RTO: 5 days max with no more than 2 consecutive. No holiday RTO. No RTO the day prior or after a holiday. No RTO on weekends. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend/ 2 weekends per month Floating Requirements: Cook is a MANDATORY FLOAT FACILITY, all resources are required to float at the facilities discretion. 5 days maximum time off.
