COMMERCIAL LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Our team funds and supports thousands of small businesses nationwide, and our legal group plays a critical role in protecting the company through smart, efficient commercial litigation and judgment enforcement. This is an opportunity to join a business-minded legal team — not a traditional law firm — where you will gain hands-on courtroom experience, manage your own cases, and quickly grow into full ownership of a litigation docket. The role will initially work under the supervision and mentorship of the internal General Counsel and is expected to transition into independently managing a full caseload and court appearances.
