The role involves providing therapeutic services to clients, conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and managing client cases. Responsibilities also include offering crisis intervention, collaborating with colleagues and external organizations, and maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records.QualificationsProficiency in Mental Health Care and Mental Health interventionsBackground in Psychology and Case ManagementSkills in Crisis Intervention and handling complex casesAbility to create effective treatment plans and provide compassionate, client-centered careMaster's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related fieldActive and unrestricted license as a mental health professional in the state of Utah (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, PhD or PsyD)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in mental health treatment
