To learn much more visit: www.bbhsnet.comStatus: Full-Time Monday - FridaySalary Range: $77,000 - $120,000 per year dependent on education, license, certifications and years of clinical experienceYour Benefits and Perks include:Student Loan Repayment - $350/month paid directly to youTuition/Educational Assistance paid annually- $3,000/yearStrong clinical supervision and experienced team of professionalsClinical supervision provided to gain full licensureManageable caseloadsExcellent benefits package w/wide variety of options (including pet insurance)FREE healthy and delicious meals while at work and free parking Your Goals & Objectives include:Conduct individual, group and family therapy while providing the appropriate application of all clinical interventions, treatment programming and clinical care for assigned caseload.Conduct initial assessments, treatment planning, ongoing case management, discharge planning and aftercare development and will document treatment interventions and results in the medical record on a timely basis.Assist with appropriate and ongoing training of direct care staff working with assigned team(s) and participate in the multi-disciplinary case conference meetingsBe responsive to patient, family, and referral source concerns; as well as, providing timely reports on treatment obstacles and progress Qualifications Your Qualifications and Skills will include:Valid UT Clinical License - LCSW, CSW, LMFT, AMFT, CMHC, ACMHCStrong background of cognitive behavioral therapy; preferably working with adolescentsEffective clinical intervention skills to engage the resident and develop effective and creative treatment plansSolid understanding of educational, psychological, family and social systems as related to behavioral treatment EEO Statement - We believe that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success .
