Program Manager - Cloud Platform Delivery

Dallas, TX / Chicago, IL / New York, NYWe are looking for a strong Program Manager to lead delivery of a cloud-based healthcare platform involving multi-team coordination, external integrations and distributed engineering teams (onshore/offshore).This role requires someone who has owned end-to-end delivery of complex platform programs.Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering pods (backend, QA, DevOps) Drive program planning, sprint governance and dependency management Manage risks, issues and cross-team dependencies (RAID logs) Coordinate with:Engineering teamsArchitectsInfrastructure teamsExternal partners/vendorsSupport platform integrations (APIs, workflows, external systems) Ensure quality, performance and release readiness Provide clear executive-level status updates and reporting Required Skills 8-12+ years in Program / Project Management Experience managing large-scale cloud platform programs Strong exposure to:MicroservicesAPIsDistributed systemsExperience handling multiple teams/pods and dependencies Experience working with onshore/offshore teams Strong communication, must handle senior stakeholders Preferred ExperienceHealthcare domain (strongly preferred)Experience with GCP or cloud platforms Experience in platform builds or external partner integrations Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD and cloud environments
