Office Assistant- Workers Compensation

Job Description Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various office tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. MUST BE BILINGUAL: ENGLISH/SPANISHDuties:- Assisting with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry- Proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness- Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents-E-filing and mailing court documents in a timely matter.Qualifications:- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite- Familiarity with phone systems and other office equipment- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Knowledge of Workers' Compensation is a plusPease note duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid time offWork Location: In person
