Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting program staff and management.ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct phone calls; take messages as appropriateGreet visitors and direct them to theappropriate personPrepare outgoing faxes and distribute incoming faxesPhotocopy a broad range of materialsSchedule meetings and appointmentsType routine correspondence and prepare files as assignedMaintain and order inventory of office suppliesAssistin new hire set-up process for office or programMaintain and ensure HIPAA, ethical standards, and professional boundaries with all staff and clientsAssistwith billing to clients or Medi-Cal and Medi-CareResearch and prepare special projects asassigned.
