Chief CRNA – Anesthesia – Jackson North Medical Center, North Miami Beach, FL Seeking a full‑time, BC/BE Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to lead the anesthesia team in a 382‑bed acute care center within the Jackson Health System. The position offers a competitive salary, $100,000 start‑up bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus site‑specific financial modifier for OB and Peds $100K start‑up bonus No weekend or on‑call shifts Vacation: 8–9 weeks + 6 company‑paid holidays; no waiting period $3,000 CME allowance Retention & loyalty bonuses 100 % company‑paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage Other benefits start day one Clinical Context The anesthesia care team consists of 7 physicians, 8 OR CRNAs and 5 OB CRNAs. There are 6 operating rooms plus off‑site locations (Cath Lab, GI, etc.). The annual case count is about 8,000, with a case mix that includes general, orthopedic, GI, GYN, robotics, urology, neuro, OB, and healthy outpatient pediatrics (greater than 2 years old). The shift schedule includes 10‑hour and 8‑hour OR shifts, and 24‑hour and 12‑hour OB shifts (stipends for OB and nighthawk shifts). No cardiac or trauma services are performed.
