Fullstack Developer - AI AutomationFully RemoteOverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join our AI Automation team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable automation solutions that enhance and streamline accounting-related business processes. You will play a key role in leveraging modern technologies to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization.This is a hands-on technical position requiring strong expertise across both front-end and back-end development, along with experience building and integrating modern, cloud-based applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy fullstack automation solutions using modern frameworks and technologiesCollaborate cross-functionally with Developers, Business Analysts, Process Owners, and Architects to deliver high-impact solutionsAnalyze and deconstruct complex business processes to identify automation opportunitiesBuild scalable applications using technologies such as React, Next.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), SQL , and microservices architectureDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party servicesApply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage development cycles and deliver incremental valueMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed solutions to ensure performance and reliabilityServe as a trusted advisor by providing practical insights and recommendations on automation strategiesManage multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing quick wins with long-term strategic solutionsRequired Qualifications Strong fullstack development experience across front-end and back-end technologiesProficiency in React, Next.js, Python (Django and/or FastAPI), and SQLExperience with API development/integration and microservices architectureHands-on experience deploying applications in Azure cloud environmentsSolid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) , Agile methodologies, and Scrum frameworksExperience with logging, monitoring, and testing frameworks (e.g., Application Insights, Serilog, unit testing tools)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersProven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related fieldExperience with AI/ML technologies , including GenAI, NLP, OCR, or Agentic AIBackground in accounting technology or financial systemsExperience working with SDKs and integrating new technologies based on documentation
