Pricing & Accounting Specialist

Pricing, supplier funding, and financial data all flow through systems that need to be right-every time.As our Pricing & Accounting Specialist, you'll play a key role in making sure that happens. From general ledger accuracy to supplier spend tracking and pricing alignment, this role helps ensure the financial side of the business runs clean, consistent, and reliable.You'll work closely with Finance and cross-functional partners to keep data accurate, resolve issues, and support reporting that drives decisions.What You'll DoFinancial Accuracy & GL ManagementMaintain accurate general ledger coding for pricing, supplier spend, and related expensesReview and reconcile financial transactions tied to pricing and supplier programsSupport overall financial integrity across pricing and accounting activitiesSupplier Spend & FundingTrack supplier spend, billbacks, and funding allocationsProcess invoices with proper documentation, approvals, and codingMonitor financial activity tied to supplier programs to ensure accuracyPricing System SupportSupport item setup, cost accuracy, and inventory valuation within ERP systemsPartner with the Pricing & Promotion Specialist to ensure alignment between pricing and financial recordsHelp ensure pricing-related data is accurate across systemsReconciliation & ReportingPerform audits and reconciliations of pricing, costs, and supplier fundingSupport reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisIdentify discrepancies and help resolve issues quickly and accuratelySystems & ComplianceMaintain financial and pricing data across ERP systems and accounting toolsEnsure consistency across systems, reports, and recordsSupport audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting policies and controlsWhat You BringHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience in accounting, finance, or a related fieldStrong understanding of general ledger functions and financial processesAdvanced Excel skills and comfort working with detailed dataHigh attention to detail-accuracy is critical in this roleStrong organization and ability to manage multiple prioritiesA problem-solving mindset with a focus on getting things rightBonus Points If You Have:Experience in beverage, distribution, or inventory-driven environmentsFamiliarity with systems like VIP, Margin Minder, or iDigExperience supporting reconciliations, audits, or financial reportingWhat to ExpectA primarily office-based role with occasional exposure to warehouse or field environmentsA consistent Monday-Friday scheduleA detail-heavy environment where accuracy and follow-through matterCross-functional collaboration with Finance, Sales, and OperationsWhy Bigfoot?We're a family-owned company with deep roots in Oregon-and we take pride in how we operate.
