Quality Representative

Experience Level: Mid-SeniorWe are an India-based precision manufacturing company supplying components to a key customer in Hatfield, PA. We are looking to hire a part-time, local Quality Representative who can act as our on-ground face at this customer and work closely with their quality, purchasing, and engineering teams.This is an ongoing, flexible, part-time engagement, ideal for an experienced quality professional, retired SQE, or independent consultant based in the Philadelphia area who is looking for steady, meaningful work without a full-time commitment.What you'll doVisit the customer site in Hatfield, PA on a periodic basis (approx. 2–4 visits per month to start).Meet with the customer's Quality, Purchasing, and Engineering contacts to maintain a strong, professional working relationship.Represent us in quality discussions, reviews, and containment meetings.Coordinate between the customer and our manufacturing and quality team in India — relaying updates, feedback, drawings, and action items.Support on-site activities when needed, such as part sorting, visual inspection, measurements, or coordinating third-party sort/rework vendors.Share short written visit reports after each customer interaction.What we're looking forBased in or within reasonable driving distance of Hatfield, PA.5+ years of experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.Comfortable interfacing directly with customer SQE, QA, and purchasing teams.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to work independently, flexibly, and on an as-needed basis.Familiarity with sheet metal, machining, painted components, or precision parts is a strong plus.Comfortable with basic inspection tools (calipers, pin gauges, etc.) is a plus.Engagement detailsType: Part-time, ongoing, contractHours: ~10–30 hours per month to start, flexibleStart date: ImmediateCompensation: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experienceHow to apply (ankitvij@dynatech.co.in)If this sounds like a fit, please send me a direct message on LinkedIn or Email me (ankitvij@dynatech.co.in) with:A brief summary of your relevant background.Your location / distance to Hatfield, PA.Your hourly rate expectations.Your availability for a short 20-minute intro call.Referrals welcome , if you know someone in the Philadelphia area who would be a great fit, please tag them or share this post.#Hiring #QualityAssurance #SupplierQuality #Manufacturing #PartTime #Philadelphia #HatfieldPA #QualityEngineer #ContractRole
