Reports DeveloperLocation: Phoenix, AZ (onsite 3 days per week)Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Reports Developer to design, build, and maintain dynamic, interactive reports for a public safety software platform. You'll work with technologies including Telerik .NET Reporting, .NET Core, Blazor, WPF, Angular, and SQL to build reports that support operational decision making. This role requires strong communication skills to collaborate with developers, data engineers, and stakeholders and ensure reporting solutions meet both business and technical requirements.What You'll DoDevelop and design complex reports using Telerik .NET Reporting that are visually engaging, easy to use, and aligned with business requirementsCollaborate with users, developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather reporting requirementsBuild interactive reports and dashboards using .NET Core, Blazor, WPF, and AngularWrite SQL queries to build data sourcesImplement and optimize reporting solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability across platformsEnsure reports integrate seamlessly with existing applications and multiple data sourcesBuild and maintain front end components using Blazor, WPF, and Angular for interactive reporting interfacesPresent data and reporting outputs clearly to stakeholdersTroubleshoot and maintain existing reportsDocument report designs, processes, and code for future maintenanceWhat You Bring4+ years of experience in report development using Telerik .NET ReportingBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldProficiency with SQL, .NET Core, Blazor, WPF, and AngularStrong understanding of report generation, data querying, and performance optimizationExperience designing user friendly, visually appealing reports and dashboardsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business focused reporting solutionsStrong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
