The Solutions Engineer will collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality technology solutions, including software development, integration, and implementation. Responsibilities include working closely with sales teams for presales activities, developing custom solutions to meet client needs, and providing expert consulting on IT installations and system upgrades. The role demands an agile approach to solve technical challenges and drive customer success.Essential FunctionsPerform Microsoft 365 readiness assessments and provide actionable recommendationsDesign, configure, and deploy Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID)Implement identity and access management controls (MFA, Conditional Access)Support client migrations, system deployments, and environment optimizationImplement and support cybersecurity tools (Microsoft Defender, Purview, Intune) across Microsoft and non-Microsoft environmentsIdentify system vulnerabilities and assist in remediation effortsSupport compliance initiatives (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, CMMC)Assist with deployment and adoption of Microsoft AI tools (Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI)Provide Tier II escalation support and troubleshoot complex technical issuesCollaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service deliveryMaintain accurate documentation of configurations, solutions, and changesSupport project tracking by updating statuses, timelines, and deliverablesCommunicate effectively with clients to explain solutions and provide updatesQualificationsSkills in Software Development and IntegrationExperience in Consulting and Presales supportKnowledge in technical Sales processes and customer engagementStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in managing projects and providing end-user supportBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferredCertification in relevant technical or industry standards is a plusRequired Knowledge2 - 5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 technologiesExperience providing Tier II technical supportAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellence written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
