Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee our flagship location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, food service, and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Ensure high-quality sushi and beverage standards
- Oversee inventory control and ordering supplies
- Lead and motivate staff members
- Implement and maintain food safety standards
- Manage food, beverage and labor costs
Experience
- Proven experience as a high volume, full service restaurant General Manager
- Strong background in food handling and food safety practices
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
