General Manager

Rosetta Hall is looking for a General Manager to oversee all operations including food, beverage and entertainment! We have a unique operation that requires an individual with a diverse background and strong leadership qualities. Responsibilities Cultivate and retain a hospitality focused team. Maintain our target COGS throughout the year. Manage all aspects of labor to hit our target labor cost, including hiring, training and scheduling Ensure menus are in line with goals of cultural accuracy, sustainability and execution. Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership capabilities. Superior verbal and written communications skills. Minimum 5 years in a hospitality leadership position with experience in both culinary and beverage operations. Ability to coordinate operations between two separate floors, multiple day parts, and across all teams. Proven passion for mentoring and retaining exceptional talent.
