Mid-Level Java- Go Developer

We are looking for a Mid-Level Java / Go Developer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of high-performance, scalable, and cloud-based applications. In this role, you will collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and data specialists to build solutions that process large volumes of data and support mission-critical services used by millions of users.Location: RemoteEnglish Level: B2 or higher (required)Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance scalable backend applications using Java and/or Go.Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Design and implement reliable, high-performance systems with a focus on scalability and low latency.Work closely with engineering and DevOps teams to support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Contribute to the architecture and implementation of data-driven solutions following software engineering best practices.Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration processes.Research and recommend new technologies, methodologies, and best practices to improve product quality and performance.Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.Strong experience with Java and/or Go.Experience developing scalable backend applications and distributed systems.Familiarity with cloud-based environments and modern software development practices.Experience working with containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of software architecture, performance optimization, and application monitoring.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience working in Agile development environments.English proficiency: B2 or higher.Preferred QualificationsExperience with distributed systems, high-availability, and high-throughput architectures.Exposure to big data technologies and event-driven systems.Experience building proof of concepts (PoCs) and evaluating new technologies.Strong understanding of application security and secure development practices.Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary and distributed teams.If you're passionate about building scalable backend solutions and enjoy solving complex technical challenges in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you!
