Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer with AI AnalyticsLocation: Onsite – Tampa, FL & Plano, TX (Onsite 5x a week, Locals only)Interview process: Virtual then In-person (Final round will be In-personJob Description-:Required 11-14+ years’ experience.Comfortable for In-person Interview in Tampa, FL or Plano, TX10+ years of experience in Java Full Stack Development with a strong enterprise application development background.Strong hands-on experience with Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems architecture.Expertise in front-end technologies such as Angular or React along with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.Strong understanding of Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Algorithms.Excellent coding, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills with focus on performance optimization and scalable design.Experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices is preferred.Experience using advanced AI tools, developer productivity tools, or integrating AI capabilities into applications is a strong plus.Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum-based fast-paced environments.
