Join our Transfill Division as a Service Center Supervisor , where you'll oversee daily operations including high-pressure oxygen tank filling, equipment repair, and team management. Duties, responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.)Lead and manage a team of Transfill Technicians, Drivers, and Repair TechniciansOversee daily warehouse operations including equipment filling, inventory control, and workflow efficiencyTrain staff on equipment handling, safety protocols, customer service, and compliance proceduresHire, evaluate, and develop team members; conduct annual performance reviews and set goalsMonitor and manage operational expenses to align with budget targetsEnsure compliance with all applicable FDA, DOT, OSHA, FMCSA, BOP, and DOH regulationsMaintain accurate documentation and update operational manuals and proceduresCoordinate with senior and corporate leadership to align local operations with company goalsSafeguard company assets and ensure proper maintenance of equipment and vehiclesRepresent the company at local and regional meetings and trade showsTake proactive action on inspection reports and regulatory recommendationsPerform other duties as assignedDirect supervision of warehouse staff, including Transfill Techs, Drivers, and Repair TechniciansResponsible for team scheduling, performance, and operational supportQualificationsEmployment is contingent onBackground check (company-wide).
