Live Operations College Intern

Perform assignments as identified by assigned internship mentor.Attend team meetings within the assigned functional area.Develop and execute processes and procedures, alleviating challenges within the functional area.Prepare and present formal presentations to various levels of management.Other relevant tasks as assigned.Must be enrolled as a degree seeking student at an accredited college.Preferred degrees are Agriculture, Poultry or Animal Science, Environmental or Safety Sciences or other closely related fields.Previous leadership experience preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Spanish language skills preferred.Strong interpersonal skills.Proficient data collection, analytical and computer skills.Motivated self-starter with desire to learn, and ability to work independently and with a team.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
