Coordinate, prepare, maintain, and organize department files, documents, and reports. Arrange meetings, scheduling, and calendar; prepare and monitor department budgets, grants, or bonds; and respond to questions from other staff and the community.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
