Real Estate Attorney
Real Estate Development company located in Palm Beach Gardens seeking a full-time attorney for real estate transactions and real estate related litigation.
Position is available immediately.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Efficient and effective legal help with general business issues
Real estate transactions, contracts, mortgages, notes, partnership agreements, mechanic liens and such related work.
The candidate must also be able to effectively lead, manage, and conduct business litigation, including, drafting discovery, familiarity with e-discovery platforms, motions, attending hearings, conducting depositions, and calendar and docket control.
Experience in multifamily apartment buildings and LIHTC projects is a plus but not required.
Require Qualification:
Licensed to practice law in Florida.
Five years’ experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, lease transactions, property management, and purchase and sale transactions.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Capable networker with excellent interpersonal, communication and public speaking skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs is a must.
Must have superior organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and demands

Pay: Annual base pay, and incentive can exceed $120k
