Job Description Medical DirectorLocation: Skin & Body by The Refinery LLC – Indian Harbour Beach & West Melbourne, FloridaJob Type: Part-time / ContractAbout Skin & Body by The Refinery LLCA premier medical aesthetics and wellness practice offering advanced skincare, injectables, laser services, and body contouring.Committed to enhancing confidence and well-being through safe, effective, and personalized care.Known for professionalism, innovation, and a supportive team environment focused on ethical, patient-centered practice.Position OverviewThe Medical Director provides clinical leadership and medical oversight for all aesthetic and wellness services at both practice locations.Ensures compliance with state and federal medical regulations and upholds the highest standards of patient safety and care.Acts as a collaborative leader, supporting the aesthetic and medical staff through education, supervision, and consultation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide medical oversight for all cosmetic, laser, and wellness treatments.Supervise and support licensed professionals performing injectables and laser procedures.Review and sign patient charts, treatment protocols, and consent forms as required.Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations for medical spa operations.Conduct chart audits and quality assurance reviews regularly.Establish, update, and enforce standing orders and clinical protocols.Offer guidance on complex cases or patient treatment plans.Participate in provider training and continuing education initiatives.Be available for telecommunication or on-site consultation as needed.Promote the clinic's values and uphold professional, ethical standards in all patient care.QualificationsValid and active Florida Medical License (MD or DO) in good standing.Minimum 3 years of experience in medical aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetic medicine.Strong understanding of injectable procedures, laser systems, and non-surgical treatments.Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety, compliance, and patient satisfaction.Schedule & CompensationFlexible, part-time, or contract-based role covering both Indian Harbour Beach and West Melbourne offices.Compensation commensurate with experience and involvement level.Core Values & CultureIntegrity, compassion, and authenticity in every patient interaction.Supportive and professional team culture that values collaboration and transparency.Commitment to excellence, innovation, and continued growth within the medical aesthetics field.How to ApplyQualified candidates are encouraged to submit their resume/CV and cover letter detailing experience, credentials, and availability.Applications can be directed to Skin&Body by The Refinery LLC, serving both Indian Harbour Beach and West Melbourne, FL.
