Founded in 1985 and headquartered in France, Segula operates in over 30 countries, driving technological advancements, improving industrial performance, and supporting clients throughout the product lifecycle.With expertise in design, manufacturing, testing, and project management, Segula helps businesses tackle complex engineering challenges while fostering innovation and sustainability.Job DescriptionAssemble, install, seal, rig, inspect, and complete precision and structural/system components based on drawings, specifications, and proceduresPerform functional testing and ensure proper fit, form, and function of assemblies and componentsObtain required information from prints, charts, sketches, work instructions, and verbal/electronic sourcesApply shop mathematics and use precision measuring and testing instrumentsUse tooling to assemble components into sub-assemblies or final productsVerify all work meets instructions and engineering/process specifications; identify and report discrepanciesEnsure equipment and tools are properly certified according to proceduresPerform routine minor machine maintenance (e.g., replacing filters, bulbs, maintaining lubrication/coolant levels)Move products within the manufacturing area using assigned equipment and complete required transaction recordsWork within established schedules and deadlinesSupport continuous workflow by training and assisting team members across levelsAssist in training assembly personnel in assembly, installation, and inspection techniquesCross-train in inspection and achieve SIA qualificationLevel B Responsibilities:Set up and operate conventional and/or CNC equipment (less than 3-axis simultaneous movement) and fastening equipmentPerform specialized processes (e.g., drivematic operations)Specialized Skills (one or more):Assembly/Installation of structuresSealing (including integral fuel cell sealing)Sub-assembly workDoor assembly/installationPrecision bench assemblyPressure and vacuum testingQualifications2-4 years of experience as aircraft assemblerOpen to temporary contractFlexible to work any shiftAdditional InformationHere's a heads-up of the upcoming steps:Phone Interview with Recruiter: We'll begin with an introductory call to discuss your background and interest in the role.Interview with the Hiring ManagerOffer Letter: Well extend you an offer and start the onboarding process.Background Check & DOT Drug Screen: This step involves conducting a comprehensive background check, which includes reviewing criminal history, and other relevant records.
