With a long-standing reputation for service excellence, innovation, and operational expertise, the company partners with organizations across multiple industries to deliver customized commercial moving and logistics solutions.They are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Commercial Sales Consultant to help expand their commercial and logistics footprint through new business development, strategic partnerships, and client-focused solution selling.Position Summary The Commercial Sales Consultant is responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and selling customized commercial moving and logistics solutions. This role focuses on identifying and developing new revenue opportunities within office & industrial (O&I), logistics, FF&E/OS&E, warehousing, transportation, installation, and workplace services.The ideal candidate is a self-starter and hunter-minded sales professional who thrives on building relationships, networking, and creating tailored solutions for clients. This individual will collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure successful project execution and exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and social media outreachDevelop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, property managers, healthcare organizations, hospitality groups, educational institutions, and other commercial accountsIdentify customer needs and provide customized commercial moving and logistics solutionsConduct site visits, surveys, and client consultationsPrepare proposals, pricing, presentations, and sales contractsMeet or exceed assigned sales and revenue goalsMaintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting within CRM systemsRepresent the company professionally within the community and industry associationsCommercial & Logistics Solutions Sales may include:Commercial moving and relocation servicesOffice & Industrial (O&I) projectsFF&E / OS&E logistics and installationWarehousing and distributionFinal mile and white glove delivery servicesAsset management and storage solutionsWorkplace transitions and decommissioning servicesTransportation and logistics supportProject Coordination & Client Management Serve as a primary point of contact throughout the sales and project lifecycleCollaborate with operations, warehouse, transportation, and installation teams to ensure seamless executionMaintain strong communication with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retentionProactively address customer concerns, service issues, or project changesSupport profitable project planning and pricing strategies with leadership teamsQualifications 3+ years of experience in commercial sales, logistics, moving & storage, workplace services, or related industries preferredProven success in business development and relationship-driven salesExperience selling commercial relocation, warehousing, logistics, transportation, FF&E/OS&E, or installation solutions is highly preferredStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesSelf-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindsetAbility to work independently while collaborating cross-functionallyProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platformsBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent industry experienceWhat We're Looking For Hunter mentality with strong networking and relationship-building abilitiesConsultative sales approach focused on long-term partnershipsStrategic thinker with strong customer service orientationProfessional presence with confidence engaging executives and decision-makersAdaptable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetTravel Travel may be required for client meetings, networking events, site surveys, and project support.Why Join Our Client?
