Regional Controller | $135K–$150K + Bonus | NJ / NY / PA OversightA growing commercial services organization is seeking a Regional Controller to oversee financial operations across business units throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance and CFO, this individual will play a key leadership role supporting financial reporting, operational accounting, budgeting, forecasting, acquisition activity, and operational process improvements within a fast-paced, acquisition-driven environment.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance leader who enjoys partnering closely with operations and executive leadership while helping drive organizational growth and financial performance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee regional financial operations across multiple business unitsManage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and operational reporting initiativesPartner closely with operational leadership on profitability, performance, and process improvementsSupport acquisition-related audits, integrations, and financial process implementationMaintain internal controls, compliance standards, and financial reporting accuracyAssist with operational scaling and standardization initiatives across newly acquired entitiesIdeal Background:7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experienceMulti-location or regional operational finance oversightCommercial services, HVAC, construction, mechanical services, facilities, or field-service industriesAcquisition/integration exposure strongly preferredStrong GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, and operational accounting experienceERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel proficiency requiredCompensation & Benefits:$135K–$150K base salaryBonus opportunityComprehensive benefits package401(k) with company matchHighly visible leadership role with growth opportunityIf interested, please apply directly or message for additional details.
