Senior .NET Engineer
OnPart connects the people who need automotive parts: body shops, fleets, insurers, government agencies with the people who have them: OEMs, recyclers, and aftermarket suppliers. One platform, wired into the major collision systems. We're a small team that knows the parts business as well as we know the software. If you've ever watched a repair stall out waiting on a part that existed three miles away, you already understand the problem we're solving.Senior .NET Engineer — full-time, hybrid, based in Iowa (ideally). You'd own the backend that moves parts data between suppliers, shops, and collision systems. High volume, integration-heavy, and unforgiving about accuracy a wrong part number is a repair delayed by days.Day to day: building and maintaining .NET applications, tuning SQL Server queries that got slow because the data got big, writing integrations against partner APIs that each work a little differently, and making architecture calls we'll live with for years. You'll review code, and get pulled into the genuinely weird production problems. We're small enough that your work reaches customers in weeks, and small enough that there's nobody to hide behind.RequiredC# and .NET FrameworkSQL Server and T-SQL, including query tuning and database performance troubleshootingHigh-volume data processing, including ETL/ELT and scheduled data movementREST API and third-party integration developmentReporting database design, data modeling, indexing, and large-dataset performance tuningData lifecycle management, including retention, archival, and cleanupMongoDB or comparable document database experienceJavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQueryPreferredModern .NET / .NET CoreDashboard and reporting developmentExperience with high-volume transactional or integration-heavy systems
