Lash Technician

*Overview* Lash lamination, tinting and extensions. We are seeking a talented and passionate Eyelash Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients. Your expertise in beauty treatments and customer service will help enhance the overall experience for our clientele, contributing to their satisfaction and loyalty. *Duties* - Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards. - Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate styles and products. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all health and safety protocols. - Provide product demonstrations and educate clients on aftercare for eyelash extensions. - Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. - Collaborate with team members to create a positive atmosphere that promotes teamwork and hospitality. - Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible. *Requirements* - Proven experience in eyelash application - Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Previous experience in sales or product demos is a plus. - Familiarity with med spa services is advantageous but not mandatory. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. - A passion for beauty and wellness, coupled with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. - Certification or training in eyelash extensions is required.
