We are aiding the search for a growing property management organization based in New York City. They are looking for a hands-on IT leader to support day-to-day technology operations, partner with their managed service provider, and help ensure employees and offices have dependable, well-run technology.You will work closely with their outsourced MSP, which supports core remote operations andinfrastructure, while coordinating local support needs, escalations, vendors, Microsoft 365 and identity administration, endpoint management, and site technology initiatives. You will also help ensure technology remains secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs across multiple offices and properties.Core ScopeOwn day-to-day IT operations across NYC HQ, remote offices, and off-site locationsAct as the main internal IT point of contact for support, escalations, vendors, and technology initiativesCoordinate with MSPs, telecom providers, and technology vendors to manage support, projects, and service deliveryProvide hands-on deskside support including onboarding/offboarding, device setup, executive support, and local troubleshootingOversee office/site technology including VoIP, conference rooms, access control, surveillance, and related infrastructureSupport IT projects including hardware refreshes, office moves, cloud changes, telecom upgrades, and operational improvementsMaintain IT documentation, asset management, policies, and operational standardsIdentify opportunities to improve end-user experience, reliability, security, and business continuityKey Requirements5+ years of hands-on IT support, infrastructure, systems, or operations experienceStrong Microsoft 365, Windows, networking, cloud, identity/access management, and endpoint support experienceExperience supporting multi-site environments, remote users, and balancing support with project workFamiliarity with cybersecurity best practices, endpoint protection, backups, and secure access controlsExperience working with MSPs, vendors, telecom providers, and external partnersStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred: experience with property management/real estate environments, VoIP systems, access control/surveillance tech, and platforms like Yardi or BuildingLinkPreferred certifications: ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, or security-related certifications
