Nonresidential property managers coordinate the day-to-day operations of commercial buildings such as office, retail, and industrial properties. Jobs often include leasing support, tenant relations, rent and billing coordination, maintenance scheduling, vendor management, and budgeting. Work is typically office- and site-based with regular tenant or customer communication, and you may need to handle after-hours issues or schedule work for evenings/weekends.
